Can the simulator run in light rain?

Outdoor setups need dry conditions to protect equipment. Light mist under a solid cover may work. Open rain usually requires a backup plan.

What if we have no indoor backup?

We recommend identifying one before you book. Many hosts use a garage, barn, gym, or nearby event space as a fallback.

How far in advance do we decide?

We typically make a call based on the forecast the day before or morning of the event, depending on conditions.

Is an indoor setup better for unpredictable weather?

If weather is a major concern, booking an indoor venue from the start is often the simplest option.
