How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 45 to 90 minutes depending on the venue and whether we are indoors or outdoors.

Do we need to provide anything?

A standard power outlet and the agreed-upon space are usually all we need. We bring the rest.

Will someone operate the simulator during the event?

Yes. We stay on site to run the experience, help guests, and manage contests.

How early do you arrive?

We coordinate arrival time based on your event start. We aim to be fully ready before the first guest swings.
